$40 is still high price for this, if you are focused, it would only take like an hour or 2, and a lot of people sitting in their offices make  like $10 an hour, so like, you could have atleast charged $10-20 for that, sorry, but I kinda go on and on over stuffs, forgive me, but how come you charged that much? $10 seems like a fair price for this in my honest opinion.

....
are you serious?
im laughing so hard oh my god do you have any idea how difficult it is to draw stuff for commissioners? Everything has to be custom made from scratch, its not like 'sitting in an office.'
I'm constantly told my prices are too LOW, what you just said is incredibly disrespectful to me and all the other artists who charge the same prices for their work. If i was charging industry prices for my art this image would have costed $100+, perhaps even more. 'Correct' art pricing isnt measured by time; its measured by skill. Someone could draw something incredible in 10 minutes and charge $200 for it and it would be perfectly fine for them to do that, whereas if someone drew something terrible over the course of 10 hours does that make it okay for them to charge $100 for that piece? Not at all and nobody would buy it. What I charge is none of your business and the majority of my commissioners are incredibly impressed by how low my pricing is, and if the price was too high why do I get a load of people willingly paying me these amounts? If people thought this was a rip off they wouldn't purchase a commission.

Besides, this is old artwork, I've improved a hell of a lot since i drew this and my art is definitely correctly priced, if you'd have practiced and worked as hard as I have to be able to draw this you would not charge $20 for something you would have worked years on to achieve.

I ment $20-25 would have been a fair price for this, you are a good artist, better than me,  but I wish you would take the time to appreciate the value of currency.
